Sweetness, freshness and flavor characterize the fruits produced on the farm. The raspberry is a delicate fruit. Fresh, frozen or just-picked, it hides an incomparable flavor.
They are hand-picked every morning when ripe, and packaged to order: 125g trays, 3kg bags for jam or coulis, and 2.5kg bags in logs for pastries. Fresh fruit in season and frozen all year round.
A collection of rare citrus fruits planted in 2017, focusing on lemons (including yuzus), with harvesting from mid-October to the end of January.
From June and throughout the summer, strawberries (charlotte; mariguette; mara des bois )will also be available.
