After a long career as bakers and patissiers in Nice, Christine and Francis have decided to move to the Landes region.
At the end of November 2022, Christine and Francis decided to open their boulangerie-pâtisserie in a former garage in the Mas district of Aire sur l’Adour.
The spacious 180-square-meter premises will be home to traditional breads and pastries, made with local flours, and soon to include Côte d’Azur specialties. Everything is homemade.
Ample parking makes it easily accessible for lunchtime breaks, with a range of snacks on offer.
